Christopher McQuarrie wants to direct a Trek movie

indeed - often you read ppl moaning comparing ST to MCU which has about 3 films a year now..yet what is and has always been Treks closest franchise ?... MI (all they need to do is make sure the next movie goes Ghost Protocol instead of Nemesis)

If they made a Star Trek movie as good as Ghost Protocol, that would be a quite a treat that we've not had from Trek in a long long long time.
