Not able to watch that at the moment (well, at least hear it) but with the "bromance" these two seem to have going on I had to chuckle at the title.
I like where Quinto was talking about doing the bridge scene where Spock has to be extra serious and stern and Pegg just blowing him out of the water with an ad lib -- Quinto says he had to to two more takes before he could get through that part without cracking up.
Finally got my sound going. I've watched a lot of these interviews and Quinto is so much more at ease when he and Pine are together, they've really seemed to bond quite a bit and bounce off each other nicely with the conversation.
I guess I didn't catch that the first time through. I'll watch it again.

It sounds to me like it was at the end of a long day of shooting (Zach mentions that it was two-thirty in the morning) and everyone was punchy, and there was one line of Spock's which struck someone/everyone funny. They must have blown a bunch of takes by cracking up and J.J. finally got frustrated and walked off the set. Quinto: " ...but we got through it, and... in the movie... we're not laughing."
