firstly trekmovie.com is alive

secondly everyone is reporting the same thing from carnahan's blog, which we also reported yesterday in our 'apparantly'

I have talked to someone and asked if he was 'signed' and was told not yet. It is likely there will be a story in the trades when that happens...unless something gets in the way

As for Chris Pine, I'm sure he'll be a fine YoungKirk. Fiddle with his hair, thin out his eyebrows and give him some colored contacts and he'll look more like Shatner is his prime.
