I guess I haven't watched SNL in a while because I found it merely okay but apparently it was the best show in a long time. 
I DVRed it just to see Charlie Day, and thought his style of comedy doesn't really gel with SNL's that well. But I did enjoy the Greek Gods, Comedy Tour and of course the fish-in-a-barrel Kardashians. I'm not sure what Kristen Wiig did was funny, but it was certainly impressive.
