The USS Maccalister episode is basically "It's a Good Life" but the nature of the villain's power is technological instead of supernatural. It's still about absolute power corrupting a person and driving them to torture those trapped with him. Black Mirror even gave him an ironic ending similar to other Twilight Zone episodes where the evil protagonist has their comeuppance.
