* Had his Katra stored in Chapel while his body was controlled by Henoch (Return To Tomorrow)
*Had his brain installed in a computer while his body walked around as a meat puppet (Spock's Brain)
 
I was really hoping this was going to be a thread that depicted the aftermath of horrific transporter accidents.
 
Well, Tuvok had a lot done to him...

1. Thrown 75 years away from his family to the Delta Quadrant.

2. Lost all emotional control due to the Suder mind meld in "MELD".

3. Combined with Neelix to form Tuvix

4. Experienced memory loss in "RIDDLES".

5. Assimilated by the Borg in "UNIMATRIX ZERO" as part of a ludicrous plot.

6. Went through pon farr in "BODY AND SOUL".

7. Had mind and memories altered to become part of a planet's job market in "WORKFORCE".


And in alternate timelines...

1. In the "YEAR OF HELL" timeline, he was blinded.

2. In "ENDGAME", he was crazy.

3. Organs harvested by the Vidiians. (Though this was a duplicate Voyager.)


I haven't even mentioned all the physical things he went through, like being taken over by a Komar in "CATHEXIS", blood made boiling hot in "COLD FIRE", or barely surviving a rarified atmosphere in "RISE".

A short story, The Procrustean Petard.

If I recall the blurb correctly....

Lured by a siren song into a starship trap, the Enterprise emerges with crew members' genders being reversed. Metamorphosis, with their bodies being transformed into the opposite sex. McCoy and Kirk, being examples.
