Characters meeting each other

I read that series, but don't remember that story. Which one was it?
A Less Perfect Union by William Leisner included in the anthology Infinity's Prism. The main focus was what if Terra Prime succeeded in driving aliens away from Earth and what would the 23rd century be like after such developments.

I remember that one, don't recall that exchange, although I do recall one of those novels did play with the idea that Sarek and the Romulan commander looked a lot alike.

Same one. The Commander uses his similarity to Sarek as a means if infiltrating a conference and kidnapping T'Pol.

Okay, I kinda remember that one now. Funny I'm blanking on a lot of the story, since A Less Perfect Union and A Gutted World were the two installments that I thought stood out.
