• Chakotay and Kathryn Janeway (as revealed in Prodigy)

It was? Did I miss something? Lower Decks and the New Frontier books show captains and admirals can be together...

Okay, I stand corrected on Chakotay/Janeway - it's not explicitly stated what their official relationship status is.

Was Worf ever married to K’Ehlyer? As I recall it was more of a one night stand, at which point Worf initiated the Klingon engagement/wedding ritual, but K’Ehlyer rebuked him and didn’t accept his proposal, and then left him and didn’t tell him about her pregnancy until a year later at which point she was killed and Worf basically said that they’d had a one night stand, and was her mate, so that he could kill Duras.

Yep all they had was a one off fling, the only woman Worf married was Jadzia
