Seeing as I haven't read the Prometheus books and I think I read the New Frontier books back when I was in high school via the library and don't actually own any of them, I haven't added them to the lists, but feel free to do so if you have.

Hopefully we find out if there is ever a new DS9 book. I'm curious about that myself, esp. with Odo back in the picture, sort of.
Shar is now a widower - his bondmates and child were killed during the Borg invasion (as per "Paths of Disharmony").
Kristen Richter and Etana Kol (both nurses on DS9, although Etana was formerly security) were seen as dating during the first phase of the DS9 relaunch novels ("Fearful Symmetry" et al). By the time of the second phase ("Raise the Dawn"), they had married (I postulate this was also during the Borg invasion).
Ranul Keru and Rowan Badowski (security chief and transporter chief of Titan resp) are dating and I think cohabiting as of "Fortunes of War".
Xin Ra-Havreii and Melora Pazlar (chief engineer and chief science officer of Titan resp) were dating since "Lost Souls" but have broken up (rather acrimoniously) as of "Fortunes of War".
Julian Bashir and Sarina Douglas were dating as of "Zero Sum Game", but she is now deceased as of "Control".
Elim Garak and Kelas Parmak are cohabiting and implied-with-a-sledgehammer to be a couple as of "Enigma Tales".
Elias Vaughn and Ruriko Tenmei were dating and co-parents of Prynn Tenmei (I don't think it was ever explicitly established that they were married). She is deceased as of "Lesser Evil", he is deceased as of "Raise the Dawn".

Also Dr Selar is now deceased. They have a child, Xyon who because of his unusual DNA is growing at a rapid rate, but was cured after Selar found a cure (which was led to her death).
Calhoun also has a son, Xyon. He also has an adopted son, Moke.
Soleta also had a, um, encounter with Calhoun (I'm reluctant to call it rape because there was some extenuating circumstances). However as a result she is now pregnant.
Finally, last we saw in NF Lefler may be in a relationship with McHenry. Not sure where that is headed.

DTI's Marion Dulmur is divorced, but he gets a new love interest in Time Lock.
Vaughn and Tenmei were married. I just checked Memory Beta and while there doesn’t seem to have been any mention of when their wedding was, Vaughn was described as being a widower in a couple of books.
Once again, thank you everybody for all the help. As I read through these lists, I recalled each and every one of them (with the exception of the New Frontier stuff, which as I mentioned earlier I haven't read in years).

Was Worf ever married to K’Ehlyer? As I recall it was more of a one night stand, at which point Worf initiated the Klingon engagement/wedding ritual, but K’Ehlyer rebuked him and didn’t accept his proposal, and then left him and didn’t tell him about her pregnancy until a year later at which point she was killed and Worf basically said that they’d had a one night stand, and was her mate, so that he could kill Duras.
I believe they married just prior to her being murdered by Duras.
No they weren’t since in “Reunion”, while K’Helyer was willing to marry Worf, he had a change of heart because of his discommendation and he didn’t want to share his dishonour with her or Alexander. And after their talk about it, the episode made it look like they didn’t see each other until Worf brought Alexander back because K’Helyer was doing her own research on Worf’s discommendation which lead to her showdown with Duras.
Ok, that's right. I was confusing her change of heart with some of what went on with "Emissary" when he started the ceremony and she stopped it. I think I was mixing some of the two together but yeah, now I remember his change of heart.

I just finished my three-day reread of the last couple TNG novels in preparation for "Available Light" next week, and I can confirm that Taurik and T'Ryssa's romantic relationship was over at the beginning of "Armageddon's Arrow". Later that book, Rennan and T'Ryssa made up and were back together by "Headlong Flight"; Weinreb and Elfiki were also confirmed as a couple in "Headlong Flight", and both relationships were still ongoing as of "Hearts and Minds". Also, for what it's worth, "Armageddon's Arrow" also establishes that Geordi and Dr. Harstad have recently moved in together in his quarters aboard Enterprise.
In related couple news, "Headlong Flight"'s Capt. Riker and Deanna Troi were also back together, although it's not explicitly stated if they were actually married or just dating (their relationship was compared to Enterprise-E's Picard and Crusher, who are married, but it's unknown if it was simply a statement along the lines of "it's about time!").

Whaaa? They got married in Nemesis (or rather, just before Nemesis, since the second scene in the film is their post-wedding reception).
