I always thought Captain Riker and CMO/Cmdr. Bashir would've been an interesting pairing on the USS Titan. The doctor's enhanced abilities and vast knowledge would make him a great resource yet a strong source of conflict with the strong-willed starship commander.

EMH/Data would be interesting, would like to see how they discuss AI rights/sentience.

We had a short clip of Picard/Sisko in the DS9 pilot but I'd be really curious to see how prolonged interaction between the two would play out.
