CHALLENGE! TOS-ify the TNG and later cultures!

Hi, so what I want to see is Cardassian, Ferengi, Dominion, etc. cultures who didn't make any appearances in TOS, as they would look in TOS. So if you're drawing a Cardassian, how would they have been done with TOS' budget? How would their ships have looked?

I'm not looking for something sleek like from the Kelvin Timeline or from Enterprise, but something that you might actually have seen on TV in 1966. Even if we've seen the cultures in Enterprise and TNG+ (such as the Nausicaans and Ferengi) they should still be presented as they would look on TOS, not necessarily with ship designs that are intermediates between Enterprise and TNG.

You get a billion awesome points for participating. I might be able to work out a prize, but I'll post that later!

I was working on a cardassian TOS cruiser a while back, but I lost the .SKB file. It was a crap attempt anyway. lol
Starfleet ships are where I shine.

They would all have limited or no prosthetics for one thing, just like the Klingons. The Cardassians would probably just be gray skin and slicked-back hair, with bulky padded armor something like they first wore on TNG. And maybe that funny headgear too.
