Chakotay

My wife and I are members of Blockbuster Online since we like movies so much. Last week-end I recieved a movie in the mail called Fire Serpant, which stared Chacotay. It looked like to me he had put on a lot of wait since Next Generation ended. The movie is great for all Star Treck fans.

While I think there was an admiral of that name on the next generation, I'm pretty sure you're talking about the Voyager former Maquis commander, so I'll move this to Voyager.

Closely - it was Admiral Chekote (he was also in DS9)

the movie is Fire Serpent not Serpant.

Chakotay was one of my favorite Voyager characters.

Oh yeah. Chakotay was my favorite character also. And I saw Fire Serpent too. It was ok..nothing to jump up and down about but I liked Beltran's character Cooke in the movie. He had a darker side to him that made him seem more...fascinating.

I love them all, but Chakotay was and still is my fav character all this time after Voyager ended.

As for Beltran putting on some weight, I don't mind it one bit. Most of the cast have gained a few pounds and I find that reassuring somehow... human

I agree, ILC. He's not GIGANTIC..it's just a few pounds.. And the hair color suits him well..but I like it better just a little shorter.

He was salt and pepper gray in the beginning of Voyager. Then they Grecian'd him up.
I thought the little bit of gray looked better then the jet black they gave him.

Agreed - he actually did look batter with the salt. The black was too black at the end of the series.
