Alec Peters: "Don't listen to what I said...listen to what I'm saying now!"![]()

Yep - IDK how CBS/Paramount got Judge Klausner to agree Axanar was a commercial venture...oh, wait. As for this being a 'Hobby' for Alec Peters - wow, I wish I made money from my Hobbies as most of mine COST money.![]()
Buhahaha..........nope. Nothing to see there........move along.Way to go on the non-commercial claim by, oh, I dunno, using sales@axa ... etc. as your email address (which I know Tampaxanar did not have to change for the parody).
"Nah. We're good."I've been reviewing Ninth Circuit rulings in copyright cases for the past couple of years, and I haven't found a scenario where the court has overturned a jury verdict for the plaintiff. When the Ninth Circuit does reverse, it's usually on a dismissal or summary judgment in favor of the defendant. Indeed, I don't even think the Ninth Circuit will bother with oral argument in this case. I would expect an unpublished order affirming the verdict.
What is LFIM?
In honor of his remarkable ability to insert his foot in his oral cavity, he has been dubbed "Lord Foot In Mouth"What is LFIM?
DOH! My bad - I saw this on a Google search. Ah well. That's not real, is it? At least not the text below "I Stand with Axanar".
