If ONE dollar goes making a film, I am gonna be PISSED.
All sushi or nothing.
Oh, gosh, I'd never do that. It's all for fish products I-i swear.
I-I'd never use it for a film. Pshaw and harrumph for you even to consider that, you hater! In fact, you're off the invitation list. Yeah, that's it. No sushi for you!:whistle::whistle:

Seriously? Is that stuff still going on, in a group that has often decried the Axanar echo-chamber? Does nobody in there see the irony?
Hinman's little hypocrisy-in-action group is really cringeworthy. I don't even read it anymore, especially after the way Hinman treated the Trekzone.org chap.

Oh, I deleted everything I'd posted and skedaddled when they clamped down on posters "controlling the conversation," which I guess is reserved for administrators.

I got bounced out of that group six or seven months ago. Got his own little fiefdom going there.
Yep. Got bounced myself.....and guess why? Because I had a disagreement with the Lord Hinman. He literally is Peters' mirror. Very emotional, stubborn, righteous, controlling, convinced he's more than he is and a purveyor of grudges.

I just stopped by there after reading posts above and it seems he's pissing off others as well.

People like him always get found out sooner or later.

Yeah, you've got to laugh at the amount of posts he puts up and then immediately switches off commenting so others can't opine.

He's like a bad stain on anyone who wants to just explore the case objectively and otherwise chill out.

I had heard and posted that Beyond might be delayed until September and he when apeshit over it.

His idea of responsible posting was putting up the home address of Alec's adopted kids, justifying it on the grounds of some relevance to Peters' business. In fact, of course, what he had and was all excited about was just an address associated with Peters. That there's journalism, son.

I see the Facebook anti-Axanar group continues to provide unintentional entertainment through the efforts of the PTB to police conversation.

Acceptable Today: Endless in-jokes about pie.
Unacceptable Today: A single thread about Carrie Fisher.

Sorry, I went in for my daily Axanar briefing and usually it's the same old stuff.

But that one...wait, what?

Sheesh. If you blink around here, you miss an entire subplot. I didn't even know Hinman was involved with that group. Or maybe I forgot. Whatever.

Happy Holidays, folks. This will likely be my last post of 2016, written from a waiting area at LAX. See you next year!

I'm not a fan of the Facebook group. I like to have a laugh and take the piss (clearly :p) but... I think there's too much in there to the point of malice at times. In places it really has become everything Peters' and co claims the 'haters' to be. Especially when the personal stuff kicks in.

It's been a great resource thanks to everyone contributing files etc - but after one thread I caught a while back, it just felt incredibly petty :/

On topic(ish) - I finally managed to finish the story of Axanar and... it's insane to think it's gone on this long. more insane I had to edit to two pages. Could have filled a book with whats gone on the past year - and we're not at the finish line yet!

That sums it up for me and was pretty much why I left not long after joining.

I've decided that attending the Thread Anniversary Party cosplaying as Man Who Served Alec was a little lazy (also I couldn't find a shirt that had the right amount of stripes on it) so instead I'll be dressing as The New Carpet Peters Had Laid At The Studios Paid For With Donor Money That Could've Been Used To Make A Fanfilm.

It's a bit cumbersome but worth it as it's also a metaphor for the loyal Axa-fans - Peters has been walking all over them for ages...
