BBC America is running the HD remastered and uncut TOS episodes starting 8:30 EST for those of us in the US. I believe it's gonna be the 1st 2 seasons.

Happy 50th TrekDay!
Never my intention, Sir! That's the first time in a while that I've watched a few episodes.Yeah Sure, rub it in....
No worries, somebody had to work today.Never my intention, Sir! That's the first time in a while that I've watched a few episodes.
It was started on a site created by Axanar PR director Mike Bawden. For What It's Worth: Unless they purged out the older stuff, all the news and blogs on the FanFilmFactor website are all dated Jan-2016 or later. In other words, it seems that the website was created a month or so after the lawsuit announcement.
Roll up, roll up, who wants to help line Alec Peters pockets...

I've looked down the list and there's some amazing stuff in there but nothing as impressive as this...

Oh, don't be such a hater. Alec wants you to own the props, he just wants to make sure he makes a shitload of profit out of it with a little shill bidding.Oh, great, an opportunity to bid against Alec Peters as he does so in secret.
How is that legal, by the way? Because it's so hard to prove?
Congratulations mon frere! To answer your question - no they haven't. But they have sent over 100 packets to people who won't even have them land on their desk!So has Small Access gotten any press this week like they hoped? I've been a little busy this week with other things. Happily ever after and all of that.
I'm surprised they didn't call it the 'Discovery' auction as Peters could claim he was doing something to commemorate the new series; while in fact he knows all the proceeds would go for paying W&S's bills for the discovery phase of the ongoing lawsuit.Roll up, roll up, who wants to help line Alec Peters pockets...

So that's about $450 wasted. (Still a better deal than donating to Axanar)
@Dennis The sets look amazing. I would love to see what they look like finished. Such a waste.
@Professor Zoom I agree. Peters is desperate, and when he is desperate - he is more willing to take chances.

I've now got a vision of a lot of collectors pointing phaser rifle props at Alex, who is standing on a stage with his hands in the air, not allowed to speak, just to ensure he's not bidding! Here's what I think about the auction house owner wanting to bid. They should offer a cash price to the seller, and if the seller wants to try the auction anyway, the house should stay out. The house can't offer a level playing field between bidders if it can escape the buyer's premium and if it can benefit from shilling.
