No. If they found a way to make original films using privately crowd-sourced *real* investors, then maybe I'd call that disruptive. But it would have to be good. Judging by the shitfest that was their last trailer, they are far from being good.

I'd only take that bet if being "out" included eviction from the studio/warehouse/propstore/man-cave/warehouse/studio.

Burnett has a very large collection of gear stashed there, he can't simply not turn up one day unless he wants to see it all auctioned off through Propworx (with a tidy commission for Peters, natch). My £5 (which isn't worth as much as it used to be in light of recent events) says he'll be there until the death.
