Given how Slow Lane is still slurping the kool aid, I'd much rather have seen LFIM & Co. get dragged to trial and then have their pockets emptied (which would almost certainly shut these sycophants up sooner)

Lane is literally in Peters' camp. Why would he stop suckling on the teat?
I'm beginning to think we should treat Slow Lane like the media should treat KellyAnne Conway - he adds nothing to the proceedings, and is only there to obfuscate and divert attention away from what's really going on, and should be ignored.

So, if my maths is correct then that's two fifteen minute chunks of the CGI stuff with Alec wittering on about waves, firmament and, in all likelihood, Klingon Haters in the background and then sixty life sapping minutes of Alec and his chums moaning about CBS/Paramount, endlessly pontificating about what they think would've happened during the Four Years War before a section about props and how anybody can begin collecting just go to this website please. And then fade to black...
I'm pretty sure, 90 minutes of content shall mean: 30 minutes of "Axanar - The Movie" and a 60 minute documentary... at least that's my guess. He can't be THAT dumb - and maybe feels he could entrap someone.
It's a 90-minute documentary called "Axanar: The Best Science Fiction Film Never Made: What Happened?" It is written, directed, produced and starring Alec Peters.
Given the new administration and how the CFPB will be going away shortly, I wouldn't hold your breath.
Actually, Alec Peters has just been tapped by the President to work on a new CFB along with televangelists Robert Tilton and Creflo Dollar. Bernie Madoff was supposed to join them, but he's been picked to run the SEC.

We know they've been filming the "Battle for Axanar" documentary so that seems certain to be part of the 90 minutes.
We know as well that the Heroes shot they filmed with New Voyages was in editing as well, so that's potentially something else.
Interesting to see that the settlement also seems to allow for distribution of DVDs/Blurays. Combined with them allowing Gary Graham etc to take part it seems to me that CBS/P were trying to allow for the donors getting at least some of what they were promised.

Yep - 60 minutes on the Making of Axanar (a 30 minute film). Or maybe a documentary on the lawsuit (from Alec Peters point of view) that paints Alec Peters as a 'Garth-like hero' fighting the evil CBS/Paramount conglomerate

I suppose highly may be a matter of interpretation. I would classify Hunt's description of Peters' lack of experience requiring a constant mediator between producer and writer/director as "highly." I would describe Hunt's account of Peters' inexperienced understanding of what a producer is supposed to do as a source of conflict all through the production as "highly."
The connective tissue here is Hunt's recounting of Peters' lack of understanding being the source of constant trouble on more than one front. Hunt is clearly trying to be as nice about it as he can be (he was to be a witness for the defense, after all) but it's all there in the deposition. Moreover, it jibes with accounts from other witnesses.
