Ooooh! I have an idea for a new patch!

I will ALWAYS take money.
Let me be clear,
The patches WILL ship, but at a time and date to be determined.
We are building the biggest and best electronic data system and that takes time and effort, but trust me, it will be worth it.
What a bargain! And I get paid this Friday, too. Are you going to offer a documentary on the making of the Patch? I'm holding out for the special extended ultimate triple platinum deluxe director's cut on Blu-ray. How about Patch action figures? Patch coffee? Patch role-playing games? Do you need a studio? Take my whole paycheck!

Those would be stretch goals. For now, just screen-used (actually sent to donors), screen-made (still in boxes), hero (worn by donors who actually received them), stunt (worn by staff at conventions), and replica (worn by Marines who couldn't wait any longer and made their own, or bought ripoffs on Ebay).

Their cognitive dissonance is pretty strong too (resembling something like this)

If they are really reduced to the point that hundreds participate in surveys, but of those and all others invited from the full donor base only a dozen or so bother to actually write, they have got down to randomly popping cylinders as far as their donor engine.

I think its a sign of donor fatigue. That is 'going to the well too often'. If you ask donors over and over to mentally joust with critics over your indefensible behavior, its about the same as demanding money over and over. And donors end up looking like the above.

I agree. I think the casual Axanar fan base shrugged their collective shoulders moving on months ago with a few fanatics remaining as AP's echo chamber bubble.

According to AP, Prelude is the bestest most awesome sauce fan film evah with 10,000 devoted donor fans yet he can't muster up more than a handful of protest letters mailed to CBS/P.:guffaw::rofl:

Anyone interested might keep an eye on Wired as apparently they're gearing up for another article.........(which may or may not exacerbate things further)
