The focus of the lawsuit was to get Axanar to stop making money by selling items based off of Star Trek's IP.

WTF? They're supposedly in settlement talks; yet AXANAR continues to sell unlicensed merchandise and receive 'direct financial benefit', (one of the issues OF the lawsuit filed by CBS/Paramount - and stated in the complaint.) It appears pretty clear that at this point Alec Peters WANTS this case to go to trial - and I guess is still deluded enough to think he'll get a favorable ruling.

At this stage, Axanar & all still directly involved can get sued into oblivion for all I care. This level of stupid is begging for the judge to bring the full punishment possible on them.
