I'd actually suggest a comical parody about a man making a fan film called Xaxanar - give it a proper fair use defence. Somehow I doubt you would hear a peep out of CBS...
JG Hertzler has dressed up in Klingon attire at conventions and role-played his character. He seems to be more of a fan now than a professional actor. He hasn't had a traditional acting gig in over 10 years. Richard Hatch's recent resume is not much better. They simply have nothing to lose in doubling-down.
Have any Axanar donors asked for a refund on the DVD based packages and if so what response did they get back ?

His comments towards the end about Robert Burnett do not paint the same picture I have of him based on reading Mr. Burnett's own words on Twitter and Facebook. Mr. Gossett said Alec Peters has spread lies that Mr. Burnett can't refute for fear of being branded a hater, but from what I've seen, Mr. Burnett is also pretty good at throwing nasty comments at people who disagree with anything the Axanar crew has done. Sorry, Mr. Gossett, but from where I sit, Mr. Peters and Mr. Burnett appear to be two peas in a pod.
I suspect Gossett is trying harder than he should to be nice (in the same manner as Sean T.), but no matter. It's pretty clear by now that RMB is easily manipulated, has no backbone and has trouble thinking for himself.
(Forgive the vulgarity, but to put it simply, we all know LFIM has his arm up RMB's ass and is playing him like a sock puppet - only question is, how deep does his arm go?)
To add to what I mentioned above, I'd also suggest that he lacks self confidence, at least enough to keep his ego satiated.
