Sites like this piss me off, waste of bandwidth.

It's satire. The site is completely upfront about being satire, and not to be taken seriously. Don't take it out on the site because you didn't do the tiniest bit of due diligence. Sites like these are funny and are certainly a legitimate use of bandwidth as you say.
