Another was the sexual tension that I noticed between Beckett and Castle. You can cut the tension with a knife! And the scene where a guy was eating a pickled egg and Castle decides to be all "macho" and eat one..then immediately spit the thing out and was choking to death on it and had to have a beer!
That was freaking hilarious!
Next week's episode is gonna be another hilarious one! Castle ends up getting a tirachilla on his shoulder! YIPE!Why did she shoot the guy in a deadly spot? Maybe it wasn't intentional, but couldn't she have shot him in the shoulder? That probably would have diffused the situation and left the guy alive to spill the beans. But like you say, they need to drag along the mystery and having the hitman live wouldn't really do that. Not bad, but it went pretty much like I expected, which is more or less a replay of what they did in Monk -- the identity of the actual hitman is discovered, but not who hired him, so the mystery continues. Not sure how long they can drag that out for without it becoming contrived.
