Who else collects cast autobiographies? I got the ones for George Takei and Walter Koenig for Christmas. Oh my....:cool:

I have them all. If you enjoy the Koenig volume, I urge you to seek out "Chekov's Enterprise", which is his hilarious and perceptive diary of the making of ST:TMP.

The original MMPB is from Pocket, and Intergalactic Trading Co did a later trade reprint.

No problem. You'll thank me even more when you read it. I was a brand new fan when TMP came out and I learned so much about everything Trekkian from Walter and that book. His observations of the long film shoot, and his lack of much to do, his awe of Robert Wise and the whole ST phenomenon, gave him a unique perspective on everything. I love his sense of humour.

You might also seek out Walter's very quirky first SF novel, "Buck Alice and the Actor-Robot". I don't remember much about it now, but I do recall I had a very good time reading it. Walter is a very funny man and a deep thinker.
