Cardassian dictionary

I’m looking for a good dictionary for a Cardassian language. I’ve found references to Kardasi, but the links all point to a PDF from 2015 that is no longer available.

I also found the Cardasda page on STExpanded, but that author seems to have gotten rather possessive of their work and then disappeared.

So, does anyone know of any other attempts at a Cardassian language that I can rely on? Or have access to that old PDF dictionary? Any help would be much appreciated.
