I have broken this out into a separate thread because I want to make sure that this message gets out.
For the past few months, I have discovered that other authors (though not here on the TrekBBS) have begun to make use of certain Cardăsda words and phrases. While I am flattered to see that people like the language, and I do not mind this as long as people write their own plots and characters and take no other material from my work, nor try to pass themselves off as the creator of the Cardăsda language, I am officially declaring as of August 7, 2010 that there will be NO Cardăsda grammar released, as I wish to keep the ability to generate authentic new phrases to myself.
And of course, only what has appeared in Sigils and SigCat stories is "official" (as far as Sigils goes...no fanfic really is "official.").
