Why not? it makes sense. The exhaust will lead to a carbon capture tank either under the car or in the boot and stores the CO2, when you go to the petty station to fill up on petrol there will also be a pipe that you connect to the carbon capture tank which sucks out the CO2 and stores it in a special tank under the petrol station. Regular tankers then come and suck up the CO2 and goes and stores it in the ground somewhere.
