Captain Harriman hasn't had a "line" of books. He was a supporting character in The Captain's Daughter by Peter David, the main character in a short story from Enterprise Logs, and the main character in the Lost Era novel Serpents Among the Ruins by David R. George III.
Having said that, I see no reason that they can't do a Robau/U.S.S. Kelvin novel if they can come up with a good story.
All he's done so far is get his ass getting kicked and him die.
