Very good. I caught last 10 minutes of it & the person that was not Sulu in the Helmsman position sure sounded English. It was on tv, would've liked to have been able to rewind it.

Yep, it was John Winston who played "Mr Kyle", but for some reason is called "Cowall" in this episode.

Kyle wears red in every other episode, but is switched into a command gold shirt here so they could use the often seen reaction shots of Chekov and half the shoulder of a gold-shirted guy at the helm.

Born in Leeds. Lives in NoHo now as they call it here, 5 minutes from where I live. I haven't seen him, but I did meet the hippie with an overbite from The Way to Eden at 7-11 though.
