Winter soldier with bionic arm stunt prop
As speculated earlier, Cap will be wearing the Commander Rogers suit with the addition of the Captain America mask.
Heh, with the cyber-arm he kind of reminds me of what live-action Cable would look like.
So I'm guessing those are tracking dots, the red ones, around his shoulder and elbow to be filled in with f/x. Allowing the actor/stunt double flexibility during the scenes?
Did they not have barbers in Soviet Russia?
In Soviet Russia, barber gets haircut from you!
In Soviet Russia hair cuts you!
I stopped reading Captain America in the late 90s. Can someone point me to the issues I'd need to read to get caught up on the history of Winter Soldier?
Enjoy! It's a really good read.
If you enjoy that volume, the story contiunues here, Bucky takes over for Cap here, the build up to Steve Rogers' return is here, and Steve Rogers returns here.
Makes me wonder, do you think they'll do the "Captain America No More!" story for the 3rd film (if there is one)? Or is that too long a story to work in film?
A look at the Costume for the film (although it's the version worn by the stuntmen):
I saw that the other day, and it looks pretty good to me.
I get bad memories from those TV series clips Conan Obrien showed
For a CapAm suit it just needs a splash of red, a minimal line or two somewhere. The Agent suit is one thing, CapAm another. Caps suit has red in it. Nitpick I know.
More talk, not overly specific, TBH, from Anthony Mackie about The Falcon:
