I like the way the Red Skull's costume still looks like a Nazi uniform, but also has some other Hydra uniform elements and just looks plain badass.

Although the caption under that picture could be "Hugo Weaving tried a gram of "Charlie Sheen" and while his face melted off, no children wept over any exploded bodies."

A higher res fuller body shot of Hugo Weaving as Red Skull has come out. That small pic in EW just wasn't cutting it.
I'm amazed at how "real" this looks. Can't wait to see how this looks in motion and while he's talking.

I like it, but if he's basically a skull, should he have those lips? Shouldn't his teeth be permanently exposed all the way?

It's not literally a skull, at least not in the comics. He's more like a boiled lobster, with his skin baked tight over the bone. He still has skin and muscle since he's not a supernatural creature like Ghost Rider.
As I recall, Kirby and subsequent artist usually drew him with lips. It's just more expressive that way
