Now I can cancel my Dish Network subscription at the end of the year and tune UPN completely out.

I'm hoping they can shop the show around and land a fifth season elsewhere--it isn't impossible, y'know!
 
Enterprise was far from my favorite TV show (as Trek or as a TV show in general), but I thought they'd been doing a better job quality-wise during Seasons 3 and 4 (evil alien Nazis notwithstanding). So I have to say I'm a bit disappointed to see it cut off like this. :(
 
... and it's a joint statement from Paramount too, which I guess means they won't be shopping the show around.

I am in shock.. No new Trek for the first time in 18 years!

Well... I'll miss the show. It might not have been the Greatest Show Ever, but for the most part it was a very enjoyable Star Trek show for seasons 3 and 4. I guess we have to look on the bright side: at least they cancelled it now and didn't wait until May...
 
I will not be buying any more Paramount DVD's or merchandise ... ever. Period.

Until there's another Trek, that is.

They're going to have to redeem theirselves to this community. We are the ones who built them, after all. #&@% Paramount and UPN.
 
I really can't believe it, I never thought I'd see this day. This is Enterprise's last season and the last Star Trek we'll probably see in a long time. Since TNG, we've had non-stop Trek, this will be the first ever break in nearly twenty years.

At least, in the end, Enterprise became something to be proud of. Instead of going out in a whimper, its going to go out in a bang! We won't forget it, just like we haven't forgotten the original Star Trek that started it all.

Enterprise restored my faith in Star Trek, I'll be looking forward to when it returns, no matter how long it takes.

Maybe it's my irrational(?) devotion to Star Trek in all its forms (except Voyager; it sucked), but I always thought ENT was one of current TV's most consistent, entertaining shows. It's not the greatest Trek ever, or even the best TV show on right now, but I was a devoted fan. I've thought this was coming for a while, so I stopped paying attention to ratings and just enjoyed the show. And...it was fun. So thanks to the cast and crew, especially for this season. There is a lot of talent on the main cast, and I hope they continue to get work and appear on my TV screen.
 
We might as well face it:

RIP TREK

What with SG-1, SG-Atlantis and BSG as the "new" franchises, Trek will fall of the television radar now, to live on in fanfic and books.

Movies?

UPN will be very near behind Enterprises end, the rest of the shows on there are TOTALLY awful, I SAY WE ALL BOYCOTT THAT TERRIBLE NETWORK, then say goodbye to it in a few years. FOX, WB are 80 times better than UPN, Star Trek was the only thing it had going for it IMHO.

Right on, man. I thought they'd at least wait until the end of Feb.- that'd still give the production crew time to do a last minute rewrite of the last episode if things didn't go the show's way.

Crap. :(

At least we're going out with the quality level high!

If everyone does that it will make Paramount think Trek is even more worthless.
