Canadians have voted to merge with the United States of America...

Like my father, his father, his father, his father, his father, and their fathers before me, I am an American and proud of it. But I've had the happy opportunity to spend a lot of time in Canada, especially in Montreal and Vancouver. I love Canada, and I love her people like I love my neighbors. Truthfully, more than I love my neighbors...

If our economy hadn't become so screwed with a weak sollar, billion dollar no bid contracts, our markets flooded by cheap contaminated Chinese goods, tax breaks to the rich and other policies that put us in debt to foreign banks, and an economy at the brink of recession, I'd have to say that some provinces petitioning to join the United States would happen sooner rather than later.

If this however, would mean a disolution of the Canadian health system, and the CBC, I would be sad to see this happen.
