Congrats to the Canadian men.
They did beat "our" Sabres goalie to do it and I must say that the shot Miller let in, he would stop that 9 times out of 10. But it was exciting to get to OT in the final game.
I know the preliminary win by the US is really meaningless, but I still see it as 1 game each. They should have to play one more game!
By the way - total goals in the two games: US 7 CANADA 6

Tell that to the '07 Patriots and Giants. They both won one game against each other that season, but one was a hell of a lot more important of a win than the other.
This game goes up pretty high on my list of all time painful losses.
