The truth is that any modern door lock, even a cheap one, will have a second part of the latch bolt called the "dead latch". When the latchbolt pops into the hole in the strike, the dead latch stops against the surfacer of the strike and sets a mechanism that prefents the latchbolt from being pushed in by a credit card or a crow bar for that matter. If your lock has a little finger on the flat side of the latchbolt, just push it in then try to push in the main latchbolt. You'll see what I'm describing. Click below to see a good photo.

In movies you sometimes see cars being driven on only two wheels. Does a stunt car have to be modify to do this or could you do it with a normal regular car?

I remember some of this from a Joey Chittwood stunt show when it came to town years ago.
But I think they use tires with a thicker wall, (like a 6-8 ply?) and they are inflated well above normal like 90 psi. on the tires that stay on the ground.

open a door using a credit card? I have never had a need to try it so I have no idea if it is possible or not.

If I had a dime for every time I've opened a lock with a credit card (or driver's license) I wouldn't be looking for work right now. The only thing I've discovered is that it's possible to seriously corrupt the magnetic strip on a credit card by doing it. Thus, I've had to come up with some...creative...explanations when requesting the new card.

Back in High School around that time (Ok I'm Old, )we used to open locked Classroom doors with student ID cards, but they had to have the angled bolts, the square ones you couldn't do.
So I would Presume its possible.

Yeah, we do the same thing. Except we cloned the principals ID card and the copied it onto ours via handheld smartcard writers. Its slightly more high tech. All I gotta do now is let the card reader next to the door read me id card and it'll let me in pretty much anywhere.

Although, since I on occasion work at the IT department. I have nearly the same level of access anyway. But at least me classmates are happy.

Concerning door opening, I have sucessfully opened a door in the past using an id card, which is slimmer than a regular credit card. I think a credit card would have been too thick to fit.
