When I was stationed in Germany I saw a movie on the British channel Sky 1. It was on Halloween and it was a creepy movie. I didnt see it from the beginning and missed the ending and I have wondered ever since what it was called so I could see if I could find it on Netflix.
Basically some young girl lived with her mother/grandmother in an apartment/hotel building. A bunch of weirdos lived in this apartment also. Whenever the grandmother/mother left to go shopping she locked the girl in the kitchen, I am assuming for her own safety.
There was a scene where the girl was taking a bath and one weirdo was looking through a hole in the wall at her.
Another scene shows a weirdo sucking his blood out of his arm with a syringe then he proceeds to have sex with a clear blowup doll full of water. He then injects his blood into the doll from the syringe.
That is about all I remember. I saw it in 1995 or 1996. I will appreciate any help from anyone identifying this movie.
