I definitely don't want the next movie to be ID part 2, but it would be nice to see Kirk with Khan's blood get a nod of some description. Maybe that's why he won all those fights in TOS.

Wouldn't the superblood issue depend on the recipient's blood type? Unless Khan is a universal donor, then injecting a victim with his blood is still going to have adverse side effects.
