You do have a point. The geometric block and the curvilinear lower structure don't match. Either part would look good by itself, though.What an ugly building
It's as if the Architect firm changed horses in mid stream; two different architectural styles thrown in together without even the slightest thought of whether the result would look good.

They used to say that about the Dana Porter Arts Library at the University of Waterloo, and I've heard it said about other libraries as well. I'm pretty sure it's an urban myth.
The top bit has triggered half a memory of a prop, Star Trek I think, a data module or something. I want to say... Voyager but not so sure on that bit. grey in colour, about hand sized. Argh, that's going to bug me now.
