Re: Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe - April 17 on USA - Grade & Discu

It was OK. I put a lot of it on the director. I think Jeffrey Donovan should stick to acting.

But it was a bit of light fun. Good to see Sam in action. Hey, didn't he weigh a lot more in BN? Man, that must have been some slimming job!

"What do they call me?"
"The Chin."

"I don't get it."

I liked it, thought it was a good movie. Besides Sam though, I really didn't get all that interested in the other characters. Loved the scene with Michael and Sam, I was hoping that they'd work him in for a quick scene. After I saw that, I started wondering if we'd come across Fi at some point, with her trading some weapons for some keepsake or trinket that Sam hates to lose, Fi having a huge smile on her face the whole time.

Made me more excited for the Season 5 premiere. Was hoping they'd do an extended preview for Season 5 in it, they had a trailer, but it was the same 30 seconds re run a dozen times during the film.

Yeah I saw an interview where he said he lost 20 pounds beforehand, mostly from going on a lot of long mountain hikes (hmm, maybe I should try that).

And apparently there's supposed to be some carryover of the events of the movie into next season. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw the girl again myself.
