Hey y'all don't know if any one posted this yet, but.....

I'm a manager at BK and I just found out today that we are getting the Star Trek promotion!!! I'm stoked. Kid's toys and even spacial shaped chicken tenders!!! LOL The best part is I get all the posters and such!!

I haven't seen a pic of the toys yet but the chicken tenders are similar to the Star Wars promotion in that they are shaped like stars and such.

There was this thread http://trekbbs.com/showthread.php?t=85220 that included an article stating that Burger King would be shooting a commercial using sets from the film, but I didn't see any details in that article about a possible promotion campaign (toys, Trek-themed food, etc.), such as what the OP is stating, but I assumed there would be toys involved.

...although we still don't have "confirmation" but rather only anectdoctal information by the OP (not that I'm complaining, highlander . I know you're doing your best)

My sis works at Burger King and is a Star Trek fan. She talked to her manager who said that the kids cups will be promoting the Trek movies too.
