I don't watch "reality" tv, and what these people do has no impact on my life in any way. But I'm sticking by my opinion that this is one messed up family.

No way, you can't say that. So what if in reality Jenner is every bit as screwed up as the rest of his so-called family? He's possibly transitioning to a new gender, so he's totally sane and completely normal for that reason and that reason all. Saying otherwise makes you an insensitive, unenlightened fool!

Who cares if all other evidence points to him being on the not-entirely-normal-kinda-person side of the scale? Pfft on that.

Implying that a person changing genders is a sign of mental illness, most likely triggered by voluntary exposure to various forms of media is quite simply wrong. It's not polite, it's not kind, and it's not accurate.

If anything, I'm suggesting that having to deal with a shit family of disrespectful fame whores, an even worse wife, and constant pressure from paparazzi and constantly having his life thrown up on the screen for the whole world to fill -- like many, many people besides him -- left him fucking nuts. Choosing to change his genders is likely a result of all those things and more.

I sincerely doubt if he'd make the same life choices if he didn't have the misfortune of having his family or constantly suffering from the trials and tribulations of being a reality television "star."
