I think the 2012 edition probably won't be published until December or something. This book didn't come out until Sep in the UK and like Dec here. Something like that.
It's scheduled for release in the UK on Oct. 13 according to Amazon.co.uk, so once it's available there you can order it from pretty well anywhere with Amazon or Book Depository if you don't want to wait for it to turn up in the stores (however as I recall here in Canada there was only a few week's interval between UK release and it appearing in stores here).
