8472 don't like tea. It inteferes with their space.

If the Hirogen had a tough time with them, and the Borg fared even worse, I wouldn't really rate the Brikar's chances to be honest.

The Borg were defeated repeatedly by Humans in TNG (the very same Trek serial that introduced them).

In Scorpion, the Borg were essentially on par with the Borg from 'Q Who'.
Also it stands to reason the Feds would be able to deal blows to the Collective every now and then when they get to know them more.

I think that 8472 would win in a hand to hand fight.
They are larger, have 3 legs, telepathic and probably stronger when dealing physical blows in comparison to humanoid species.

As lousy and fanboyish as Voyager was, I voted for species whatever.

The Brikar are apparently so insignificant that they have yet to make an appearance outside of Peter David's fan fiction.

Well I wouldn't call two repeatedly. The couldn't beat them in Q Who,they didn't fight them in I,Borg, and they weren't really the True Borg in Descent.
