Bridge plaque

Hathaway Brown

Lieutenant
Red Shirt
Was there ever a picture or details released of the NX-01's bridge plaque? Did it have a ships motto like the rest of them?

It took me five seconds to find this (on eBay). Going for $199.

There's another pic on Memory Alpha, IIRC. Interesting how it says "spacecraft" and not "starship" (even though the NX-01 was repeatedly called "Starship" in dialogue)

BTW, Cochrane's line in "Broken Bow" was actually "to go boldly" not "to boldly go" like in the rest of Trek. He got his grammar right;).

Well, then, I guess we could retro-canonically ascribe the grammatical error to the makers of this plaque :-p

^It's a darn sight better than the STXI Enterprise plaque (pic on Memory Alpha, and Blueray extras IIRC). That one looks like a cheap gold-painted plastic children's toy, and proclaims that the Enterprise was built in the San Fran shipyards (as on the TOS one) when this Enterprise was very obviously built in Iowa.

Just looked up the XI on Memory Alpha but I cannae see it Cap'n. As for it being built in San Francisco, that's a pretty big gaffe to make. Maybe it should have read "designed" in SF and constructed in Iowa?
