Bridal Veil falls

Today the bride and I made a run up to Highlands and down to Franklin and around and back. We stopped a Bridal Veil falls for a few pictures and a look around. Man, did we come through one heck of a storm in Brevard and had to duck under a gas station overhang and put the top up. Still even with the top up it was a fun ride.

Its great for touring these mountain roads here around the smokys. It corners like very few other cars and gives an unobstructed 360 degree view and you don't have to wear a helmet like on my motorcycles.

Thanks for posting that, I was going to ask if you hadn't.

I was trying to figure out what it was in the first few pictures, and was reasonably sure it was an MG, but I wasn't able to rule out a Triumph without a closer shot. Gorgeous car.

I've never driven due to my crappy eyes, so I never really developed any interest in cars, but man I would LOVE that car.

Yeah it runs back in a hole in the rock, I saw some people walk back in there a ways but you really need a light to do that because of snakes and things.

I thought you were referring to the same name falls in Yosemite. Then your description of the drive shot that down. The one in Yosemite is huge but ya can't drive through it.

I was thinking of the same thing. I was just recently visiting the one in Yosemite, it's so beautiful.

The waterfall in this thread is beautiful as well.
