There's also the late lamented "Ellen's Energy Adventure" at Epcot (click for full-length ride video). (It was, along with "The Great Movie Ride" and "Carousel of Progress," on my "must do as many times as possible" list for WDW trips. Now, Ellen and GMR are gone.)

(For those who haven't been to Epcot, nor seen the ride video, Ellen DeGeneres falls asleep watching Jeopardy, and ends up in a dream involving Alex Trebek, Johnny Gilbert, Albert Einstein [Benny Wasserman, not Jim Norton], Bill Nye, and a former classmate played by Jamie Lee Curtis.)
