Mr. Feeny, Shawn, and Eric have all been on the set during the filming of the first episode. No word yet on if the actors were just visiting the set or reprising their characters, but one can hope.

Maybe they filmed scenes and the whole thing is a cover up.
But remember this is only a pilot order they are filming. It hasn't been picked up to series yet. So once that happens then they have 13+ episodes to have guest stars pop up.
I'd have Shawn and the cool teacher show up along with family members for birthdays and holidays. You can't have all hte older stars show up every week.
