Borg panel wallpaper

Hi!

I'm looking for a large size picture of what I would call a "borg panel", the high computer panel seen in borg ships.
Like the image at the end, but in higher quality and maybe larger (A2)?
I'd like to hang it in my room as a poster. Do you think I could purchase that somewhere? Does someone have a higher quality image with a front view I could print out?
