The most powerful, and one that has brought me to tears, has to be the jail scene in Bread and Circuses.
I, Mudd....The opening scene where Spock and McCoy are discussing Mr. Norman :
McCoy : Maybe, but you can’t evaluate a man by logic alone. Besides, he has avoided two appointments that I’ve made for his physical exam without reason.
Spock : That’s not at all surprising, Doctor. He’s probably terrified of your beads and rattles.
Knowing what we know of the android, the idea of Norman being terrified of anything is ludicrous.
How did Norman conduct himself in the 72 hours he'd been aboard ship? Did he feign emotion at all, or remain passive, speaking only when spoken to (Yes sir, no sir)? Or did he keep to himself and avoid everyone who might have been able to observe him? What duties was he supposed to have had?

It’s interesting that he also wears a blue Science/Medical tunic. He could possibly have been assigned to work closely with either McCoy or Spock somehow/somewhere.
I dunno how he would avoid McCoy for that long if he worked in close proximity to the doctor.
It looks like he's a lieutenant in Sciences, probably some obscure profession like planetary geography, cryptography or other, in which his services were not needed during his first 72 hours on board. Maybe he replaced the disagreeable Mister Boma in Astrophysics. 
Maybe McCoy assigned him to the Enterprise Proctology Lab. 
Does it count if only one of them is present?
