You wonder "What If..." Allison had taken a couple of years off from Cup and stayed with Penske in Indycars? Guess it goes on the shelf next to What If Gary Bettenhausen had layed off dirt cars when he got the Penske ride?

You wonder "What If..." Allison had taken a couple of years off from Cup and stayed with Penske in Indycars? Guess it goes on the shelf next to What If Gary Bettenhausen had layed off dirt cars when he got the Penske ride?

As I said in the video, Allison was fairly competitive in his IndyCar races, especially considering his lack of experience in open wheel cars. It's just that his reliability was poor.
