blu-ray Chapter Titles/Scene selection/Movie chapters

On the DVDs the Chapters are there. Sometimes called Chapter Titles, Scene selection, movie chapters.

Are they on the paper insert on the blu-rays?
when navigating on the blu-ray for scene selections is it just chapter#s or do they include the Chapter Titles/Scene Selection names?

For example on the DVD
Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (DVD)

Chapters
Like most or all DVDs, the film has been sectioned into chapters, similar to tracks on a CD. The titles of these chapters are listed below.

1 Genesis
2 A Sign of Life
3 Vulcan mind meld
4 Planet Forbidden
5 Stealing the Enterprise
6 The Vulcan Child
7 Klingon Bird of Prey
8 Enterprise Destruct Sequence

So I just popped in my 2009 DVD copy of The Wrath of Khan. The 2009 DVDs are the same issue (and transfer) as the Blu-Rays.

No chapter titles are indicated, just chapter pages and numbers.

Also I did not save the original Blu-Ray packaging, but consolidated my BDs with their counterpart DVDs (since the 2009 artwork favored the dimensions of the DVD case). If there were inserts I didn't save them. However it's my impression that there weren't any, and that I would have saved them otherwise.

In terms of extras, the BD issue DVDs just had what was new. Whereas the BDs themselves compiled these with the extras from the prior 2002-2005 special edition DVDs. The exception being any material related to the director's cut of The Motion Picture, that was left out.

I wouldn't bother with the Blu-Rays at this point though. We're about to get better ones with the 4k discs.
